Were looking for a talented Design Manager to take ownership of design processes, ensuring projects pass through every gateway seamlessly and are delivered right first time. Youll be working on an exciting mix of developments, including a flagship scheme of 200 apartments and houses.
The role
Youll be the driving force behind design management and associated procedures, leading on all design-related matters from early feasibility through to construction stages. Your focus will be on identifying design solutions, managing design risks, and spotting opportunities that support both project delivery and new business wins.
What youll be doing:
