We are working with one of the North West's leading private housebuilders, with a strong track record in delivering high-quality homes and a growing footprint in the affordable housing sector. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Partnerships Manager to take a lead role in originating and securing new affordable housing deals across Greater Manchester. This is not a passive relationship role; this is about using your network, commercial acumen, and market insight to make deals happen.
The Opportunity
- You will be responsible for driving partnerships with Housing Associations and Registered Providers, turning relationships into tangible opportunities and agreed deals.
- Working closely with internal land, technical, and commercial teams, you will take ownership from initial conversation through to Heads of Terms and beyond, ensuring schemes are commercially viable and deliverable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Originating, structuring, and securing partnership deals with Housing Associations.
- Leveraging your existing Greater Manchester network to unlock new opportunities.
- Leading negotiations and agreeing Heads of Terms on new schemes.
- Aligning partnership opportunities with the business's land and development pipeline.
- Managing relationships throughout the deal lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and repeat business.
- Acting as a key external ambassador for the business across the affordable housing sector.
