An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Administrator to join a leading house builder. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual looking to develop their career within the construction and housebuilding sector.

Working closely with the Customer Care Manager and wider team, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting homeowners and ensuring customer enquiries are managed efficiently from initial contact through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email.
  • Managing and logging customer enquiries and requests accurately.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating customer visits with internal teams and contractors.
  • Supporting the Customer Care Manager with day-to-day administration and reporting.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and other departments to help resolve customer issues.
  • Monitoring ongoing cases and ensuring customers are kept informed of progress.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Customer Care department.
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Is confident answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries professionally.
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Works well as part of a team and can use their own initiative when required.
  • Has previous administration or customer service experience.
  • Experience within construction, property, housing or housebuilding would be advantageous but is not essential.
