We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee planned kitchen replacement programmes across social housing properties in the Bradford area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality planned maintenance works.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing kitchen replacement programmes within occupied social housing properties
- Overseeing subcontractors and direct labour on site
- Ensuring health & safety compliance across all works
- Monitoring programme delivery and productivity
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks
- Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams professionally
- Managing materials, site paperwork, and reporting requirements
- Delivering projects to agreed timescales and standards
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within planned works/social housing
- Strong experience managing kitchen refurbishment programmes
- SMSTS essential
- CSCS Card
- First Aid qualification preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme targets
- Full UK Driving Licence
