The Role
- Youll take the commercial lead across a range of planned maintenance programmes, including:
- End-to-end cost control across planned works, such as internal refurbishments, roofing, windows, external upgrades, kitchen and bathrooms replacements.
- Producing cost plans, valuations, forecasts, final accounts, and procurement support.
- Working closely with contractors and external stakeholders.
- Providing accurate commercial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
About You
- Proven experience within social housing, planned works.
- Strong understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts, procurement, and cost management.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in resolving commercial challenges.
- Passionate about improving homes for residents.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
