Were working with an established social housing contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Gas Manager to join their team in Merseyside.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in social housing gas works who enjoys managing people, keeping a close eye on delivery and compliance, and building good relationships with clients and operatives.
Youll be responsible for managing a small team and overseeing the successful delivery of gas works across a number of social housing contracts throughout Merseyside.
The role will include:
- Managing and supporting a small operational team
- Overseeing gas works across social housing contracts
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly and to the required standards
- Monitoring performance, productivity and quality
- Managing operatives and subcontractor
- Working closely with clients and internal teams
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the contracts
Were looking for someone who has previous Gas Manager / Supervisor experience within social housing, strong technical knowledge and the ability to lead a team effectively.
