Lead high-quality electrical projects with a growing business. We are looking for a motivated and commercially aware Electrical Project Manager to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects while working within a supportive and ambitious business.

The Role

  • Take full responsibility for managing projects from initial planning through to final handover.
  • Work closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project programmes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Control project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Attend client meetings, site meetings, and progress reviews.
  • Manage procurement and allocation of materials and resources.
  • Produce project reports and provide regular performance updates.
  • Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and quality throughout every project.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and partners.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Supervisor.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and industry standards.
  • Experience delivering commercial electrical projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

  • HNC, HND, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
  • ECS or CSCS Card.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
  • Experience within an M&E contracting environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of Procore software.
