Customer Care Coordinator North Wales | £28,000 | Permanent | Office Based Were recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced team within the residential property sector in North Wales.
This is a permanent, office-based opportunity and could suit someone already working within housing, property or customer care, but were equally interested in people with strong transferable skills from other fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
The key is your ability to coordinate.
Youll be the person keeping things moving speaking with customers, liaising with internal teams and contractors, organising appointments and works, managing updates and making sure issues are followed through to completion.
The role will involve: Acting as a key point of contact for customers Coordinating repairs, defects and follow-up works Liaising with contractors, site teams and internal departments Scheduling appointments and managing diaries Keeping customers updated and managing expectations Tracking outstanding actions through to completion Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems Managing several priorities at once in a busy team environment What were looking for: You dont necessarily need direct property experience.
