The Role
We are seeking a Plant Transport Supervisor to join our team at Star Farm, Marshfield. This role ensures the efficient, compliant movement of plant and equipment. You will coordinate the Low Loader fleet, plan logistics, manage drivers, and support the Plant Hire Controller with equipment hire and scheduling.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule plant machinery transport, plant hire bookings and customer communication
- Oversee fleet maintenance and roadworthiness, ensuring compliance with legal and health & safety standards
- Manage and support drivers, including training and performance
- Monitor performance and support cost-saving initiatives
- Investigate incidents and report to senior management
- Maintain accurate records and reports

You are an experienced transport professional with strong leadership skills and a sound understanding of logistics and compliance. You’re organised, safety-focused, and an effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
