The Role

We are looking for a talented

Bid Writer to join our Pre-Construction team.

This opportunity has arisen due to the continued growth of the company and an increase in the volume of tenders and bids expected over the coming months.

You will play a central role in producing clear, compelling, and compliant tender submissions.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will help shape our win themes, value propositions, and solution narratives.

This role is ideal for an experienced writer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with technical experts, and has a sharp eye for detail.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading the development, editing, and proofing of tender responses.
  • Analysing client requirements and producing answer plans to maximise scoring.
  • Researching and gathering supporting information to strengthen submissions.
  • Working with multi-disciplinary teams to develop win strategies and ensure consistency in value propositions.
  • Producing high-quality written content, graphics, and supporting materials.
  • Applying quality assurance processes and incorporating feedback throughout the bid process.
  • Managing deadlines, leading coordination meetings, and keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Maintaining libraries of case studies, project summaries, and supporting data.
