The Role
We’re looking for a qualified Gas Safe engineer who is motivated to grow their career with a dynamic and respected company. You’ll work on a variety of gas-fired equipment.
- Location: Based from home, our Office/workshop is based in Hixon, Stafford, with travel across the UK and Ireland
- Job Type: Permanent
- Hours:
- 40 hours over four days (Monday–Saturday)
- Two Saturdays per 4 week rota
- On-call one weekend in six
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain gas-fired burners of all manufacturers and equipment at customer sites
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and implement effective solutions
- Carry out repairs and remedial works
- Maintain accurate documentation and site reports
- Build strong professional relationships with customers
- Collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate flexibility
- Travel and work away as required
Essential Criteria
- Gas Safe Registration
- Commercial Gas COCN1 qualification
- Valid UK driving license
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in industrial gas/combustion engineering
- Electrical qualifications (e.g., 17th Edition)
