This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

This role is accountable for delivering high levels of SHEQ compliance, ensuring the safety, health, and wellbeing of employees. It provides technical expertise to support effective planning and scheduling of traffic management activities, alongside conducting quality audits and onsite supervision. Responsibilities include supporting people management strategies and individual development, while fostering strong relationships between operational and office teams. The role also builds and maintains partnerships with local authorities and traffic management subcontractors. Working closely with Task and B+R teams, it ensures efficient job delivery, minimising site durations while maintaining safety, quality, and performance standards.

What you'll bring:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of every form of traffic management installations.
  • Works well on their own and as part of a team with the ability to deliver results through others demonstrating a team player approach.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Able to work as part of a team or individually.
  • Able to ensure all works are delivered compliant whether direct or sub-contract.
  • Good understanding of health safety and well-being.
