Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team, youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

Are you a proactive SHEQ Advisor with telecoms experience and a NEBOSH qualification?

If youre ready to make a real impact, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team delivering essential telecoms infrastructure projects across the South West.

In this role, youll play a key part in shaping a positive safety culture, driving best practice, and supporting operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

Youll use your specialist knowledge in mobile tower installation to ensure standards are consistently high and projects run safely and efficiently.

Day to day, youll be:
Working hands-on with project teams to embed health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all activitiesincluding complex mobile tower installations.

Supporting the implementation of SHEQ policies and procedures.

Carrying out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, identifying opportunities for continual improvement.

Promoting a positive safety culture specifically across telecoms and mobile tower projects.

Investigating incidents and recommending practical, corrective actions.

Providing expert SHEQ advice to operational teams and stakeholders on both standard and specialist installations. xgikmsk
