You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.
You'll work as part of a team operating a vactor unit undertaking highways drainage asset maintenance. Using technology (tablets/apps) to input safety data and maintenance records. Where appropriate provide direction and supervision of the work to less experienced operatives.
You'll undertake winter and emergency maintenance out of hours activities on a standby rota. In the event of downtime or service disruption you may be asked to fill in on other highways maintenance activities such as repairing potholes, patching, drainage, footways or general highway maintenance.
- Clean driving License
- Ability to undertake a high level of manual work and work outdoors in all weathers.

- New Roads and Street Works (NRSWA) Operative Accreditation
