With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.\n Want to come and be a part of it? \n What will you be doing? \n \nAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage commercial activities across contracts, ensuring valuations, cost reporting and contract administration are accurate, compliant and delivered on time. Working closely with operational, finance and procurement teams, you will manage risk, protect margins and support junior colleagues.\n \nYour responsibilities will include:\n \n \n Supporting tenders, procurement and contract awards; managing valuations, payments, certifications, disputes and change control; validating costs, accruals and forecasting; administering subcontractors and maintaining commercial records. \n \n \n You will produce CVRs, cashflow and revenue forecasts, monitor risks and opportunities, and ensure SLA and KPI performance is accurately reported. \n Within the Mobile division, you will oversee Acquisition and Design commercial activities, maximise value from ADC contracts, manage client and subcontractor relationships, control cost changes, and provide month-end reporting and forecasts to support informed commercial decision-making. \n What you'll bring? \n Essential: \n \n Proven quantity surveying experience within infrastructure or construction, with strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, cost management and commercial processes. \n Strong numerical, analytical and Excel skills, plus experience in subcontract management, contract administration, and identifying commercial risks. \n Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage workloads and meet deadlines. \n A clear communicator who builds effective relationships across operational, finance and procurement teams and supports junior colleagues. \n Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience. \n Desirable: \n \nRICS/CICES accreditation (or working towards), experience with FIDIC/JCT contracts, mentoring junior staff, and exposure to diverse projects and commercial environments.\n What's in it for you? \n We offer a range of benefits designed to support your life in and out of work, some of which include. \n \n \n Matched or contributory pension scheme. \n Online GP service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. \n Employee assistance programme. \n My Rewards portal, access to 1000's of retail discounts. \n Life assurance. \n Cycle to work, salary finance and give as you earn schemes. \n Enhanced maternity, paternity leave and adoption leave. \n Reward and recognition scheme \n \n In addition, this role offers; \n \n Health Care Cash Plan, giving you the ability to claim back medical expenses for things like dental, eyecare and physiotherapy and much more! \n Discretionary bonus scheme \n 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays \n Recommend a friend – get rewarded for introducing people to us! \n \n About us \n \n We want to be an employer of choice and a great place to work, attracting diverse and talented people, who join us and make a difference.
