Where will you be working? At M Group Highways, were supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. Youll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UKs number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? You\’ll work as part of a team undertaking highway repairs. The role will involve task such as, footways & drainage repairs and upgrades, installationor replacement of highways structures such as bridges & culverts, brick/stone work repairs, vegetation clearance. You\’ll usetechnology(tablets/apps) to input safety data and maintenance records. You\’ll drive/operate plant and equipment wheretrained,necessary for the for the day to day tasks set. We\’ll ask you to take responsibility for vehicles, plant and materials in your charge. Where appropriate you\’ll provide direction/supervision of the work to less experienced operatives. Well ask you to undertake winter and emergency maintenance out of hours activities on a standby rota. What youll bring Whats in it for you? LGV Class C driving licence OR demonstrate capability to support investment of LGV Class C training during probationary period.
