Where will you be working?

As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

Please Note: This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months.

What will you be doing?

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning interventions using the 70:20:10 model and structured L&D frameworks.
  • Conduct training needs analysis, facilitate innovative learning resources, and regularly update materials to reflect modern trends, including AI.
  • Partner with business leaders and People teams to identify needs, embed best practices, and drive capability.
  • Track KPIs, analyse data, and measure ROI to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the rollout of management standards, maintain accurate LMS records, and manage multiple projects independently.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven track record delivering training in a complex, multi-site environment.
  • Skilled in evaluation methods, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management (including senior leaders), project and budget management.
  • Organised with the ability to balance multiple priorities and experienced in learning systems and digital content.

Desirable:

  • Experience in engineering, infrastructure, or operational sectors; familiarity with competency frameworks; coaching skills.
