As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

In this role you will play a key part in supporting a Group-wide transformation programme focused on growth and unification across M Group. You’ll help shape how employees experience change by ensuring they are informed, prepared, and supported throughout the transition.

You will develop and deliver clear, engaging communication strategies that bring complex change initiatives to life. From crafting compelling messages to managing communications for specific workstreams, you’ll ensure employees understand, embrace, and adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.

You will act as a hands-on communications expert, moving seamlessly from strategy to execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment. By building strong relationships with stakeholders, creating resources for leaders, and tracking communication effectiveness, you’ll make change meaningful and successful for everyone involved.
