This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide hands-on technical support to both field and office-based engineering teams, ensuring they are confident, well-equipped, and able to perform effectively.
  • Conduct detailed site surveys aligned with client requirements, producing accurate and transparent cost estimates for any required remediation work.
  • Develop comprehensive Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure all work is planned safely and teams are fully informed before project commencement.
  • Support the Project Delivery team by sourcing materials, monitoring project progress, and proactively identifying and communicating potential risks or delays.
  • Manage a portfolio of minor works projects while contributing to the successful delivery of larger-scale projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timelines are maintained.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven MEICA experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, short site-based works with confidence.
  • Understanding of water and wastewater processes and related equipment.
  • Knowledge of temporary works and confined space practices is beneficial.
  • Valid UK driving licence for flexible site support.
