Where will you be working?

At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. We don’t just build roads and bridges - we’re building a better future, creating lasting social value that gives back to the communities in which we work. You’ll be joining our Civils projects team in the South West in Bath - We deliver specialist civil engineering for the private and public sectors across the UK, building strong relationships based on a collaborative approach.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing all engineering activities including engineering control, setting out and providing direction to workforce and leading Quality control systems to ensure compliance with project design and specifications.
  • Ensuring the highest possible Health, Safety drainage, structures and Highways.
  • The ability to remain flexible in your approach to the role whilst embracing change and helping to drive that change through.
  • Highly organised and able to juggle priorities, whilst multi-tasking for many stakeholders, and still remaining focused on what’s most important.
  • Ambitious, constantly focused on improving performance, doing everything to the best of your ability and making the best of every situation.
