Where will you be working?
M Group Highways
At M Group Highways, were supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.
We dont just build roads and bridges- were building a better future, creating lasting social value that gives back to the communities in which we work.
Youll be joining our Civils projects team- We deliver specialist civil engineering for the private and public sectors across the UK, building strong relationships based on a collaborative approach.

What will you be doing?
You'll be reviewing and improving the Health and Safety, Environmental andQuality Management Systems.
You'll produce and carry out Internal Audit Schedule and monthly reports on the quality aspects of the project.
We'll ask you to review the SHEQ preparations by the delivery team when preparing for maintenance and schemes.
Carrying out site quality and safety inspections.
You'll assist the Project Managers / Site Agents producing Quality documentation and deliverables.
Reviewing Sub-Contractor performances against client and contract deliverables.
You'll raise, record and review completion of Non-Conformances.
We'll ask you to control production of Work Packs for operational use and client interaction during Site Surveillances.
Review collated Life Time Quality Records.
To ensure the highest possible Health, Safety & Environmental standards are employed across the service, adhering to M Group & NNB health and safety policy and environmental policy and actively supporting the behaviouralsafety culture that is an integral part ofthe M Group Highways working environment and the Zero Harm initiativeat HPC.
What youll bring
  • 5 years experience in SHEQ enabling functions
  • NVQ L6: Occupational Health & Safety
  • CSCS Managers and Professionals Card
  • Internal auditor qualified
  • Professional body accreditation and affiliation
  • Good IT Skills
  • Good construction knowledge
  • Good communication skills
