- Take the lead on all things commercial across National Grid sites
- Manage subcontractor packages, valuations, and final accounts
- Prepare claims, reports, and forecasts
- Keep a close eye on project risks and ensure the paperwork is watertight
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Knowledge of the Electricity Transmission (OHL / Substations) industry would be beneficial but we would consider major infrastructure experience managing multimillion-pound projects
- Experience managing major subcontractor packages & the Client
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or graduate calibre
- Strong grasp of NEC3/4 contracts and commercial strategy
- Confident with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Full UK driving licence
