  • Take the lead on all things commercial across National Grid sites
  • Manage subcontractor packages, valuations, and final accounts
  • Prepare claims, reports, and forecasts
  • Keep a close eye on project risks and ensure the paperwork is watertight
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Knowledge of the Electricity Transmission (OHL / Substations) industry would be beneficial but we would consider major infrastructure experience managing multimillion-pound projects
  • Experience managing major subcontractor packages & the Client
  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying or graduate calibre
  • Strong grasp of NEC3/4 contracts and commercial strategy
  • Confident with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
  • Full UK driving licence
