We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.
This role manages approximately six task teams and a support operative on a reactive and maintenance clean water contract. Responsibilities include liaising with office teams, highways authorities, and clients to coordinate work requirements, and managing site operations from excavation through to backfill, reinstatement, and site clearance. The role oversees daily productivity, training and competency compliance for all operatives, and vehicle and equipment checks, including CAT & Genny usage and FYLD evidence. It also manages daily outputs, standby and overtime arrangements, and ensures works are completed safely, efficiently, and to contract requirements.
