Where will you be working? At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. What will you be doing? As a Senior Site Contracts Manager, you’ll take ownership of operational leadership across large-scale or geographically dispersed projects, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery across multiple workstreams. This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll coordinate teams, manage delivery programmes and ensure projects meet technical, commercial and client expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading site-based delivery across insulation, electrical, ventilation, solar and remediation programmes
• Managing Contracts Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors to drive safe and efficient delivery
• Overseeing programme progress, ensuring timelines, KPIs and contractual obligations are achieved
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors and operational resources across projects
• Ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations, RAMS and company procedures
