Where will you be working?
At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. This role will be within our Distribution and connections team. As one of the largest Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) in the UK, we support distribution network operations across infrastructure. Our team installs and maintains distribution networks and ensures reliable connections for customers, carrying out electrical planned work, customer connections and network reinforcement.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Graduate Site Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on live projects, supporting the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient site operations. You’ll assist with key tasks such as setting out, surveying, and levelling, while learning how to supervise subcontractors and contribute to essential documentation like risk assessments and method statements. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your technical knowledge, develop practical skills, and grow your confidence as part of a supportive and experienced team. Our 2 year structured graduate programme is all about helping you grow into one of our future leaders.
