Where will you be working?

You will work our 3 key areas within the Transport Division;

Aviation- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

Rail- Our Rail team manages a wide range of specialist rail engineering works and projects delivering civils, track, power, electrical solutions and station structures across all rail routes in the UK.

Defence and adjacent markets- We manage reactive and planned maintenance and upgrades on defence properties, airfields, military bases, ports, railway infrastructure and depots.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Please note that this role involves extensive travel across the UK, therefore candidates must be willing and able to travel regularly as part of the position.

What will you be doing?

Youll work closely with leaders as a trusted People Business Partner, building strong relationships and delivering practical people solutions that support performance, growth and successful delivery. By bringing together expertise from across the wider People function, using data to guide decisions and coaching leaders through change, youll help drive engagement, consistency and best practice across our multi-site operations.

  • Experience in matrix organisations and partnership with multiple specialist HR functions.
  • Experience supporting safety-critical or highly regulated environments (e.g. rail, aviation, infrastructure).
