We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.\n \nWant to come and be a part of it?\n What will you be doing?\n \nYou'll enter Material Goods Received Notes (Grns) against Purchase Orders into Causeway.\n \nRegistering and match supplier invoices in Causeway and monitor unmatched invoices monthly.\n \nYou'll reconcile supplier statements each month.\n \nPrepare spreadsheet for Fleet, Plant & Labour information from resource Sheets and enter into Causeway. Along with prepare overtime sheets for submission to Group each month.\n \nYou'll reconcile Fleet & Plant invoice to Causeway each month\n \nWe'll ask you to manage on & off hire Plant & Fleet items as part of your role.\n \nReconcile Payroll to Causeway labour costs.\n \nWe'll ask you to enter stores issues, stock check and process journal into Causeway.\n \nProcessing Client invoices via Oracle.\n \nYou'll also be working on subcontractor payment runs and other adhoc admin duties with the team.\n What youll bring\n

- Be proficient in micro soft excel
- Previous use of Causeway desirable
- Experience in Purchase Ledger
