Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone to take care of plant and fleet operations across the region. You will be based in Stockton and work closely with teams who use vehicles and equipment every day. This role helps make sure everything runs smoothly and safely.
You will look after how vehicles and machinery are used, kept, and moved. You will check that everything is in good condition and ready to go. You will also help with planning and making sure rules are followed. You will work with others to solve problems and keep things on track.
This role needs someone who knows how plant and fleet work in a busy setting. You will need to understand how to manage equipment and vehicles. You will also need to be good at working with people and helping teams do their jobs well.
You will be part of a team that supports telecoms work across the region. You will help make sure the right tools are in the right place at the right time. You will also help keep records and make sure checks are done properly.
We are looking for someone who is calm, organised and ready to take the lead. You will need to be able to travel across the region when needed. You will also need to be able to work with different teams and help them get things done.

You will be able to travel when needed and work in different locations. You will be happy to take the lead when needed and support others to get the job done.
