Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
What will you be doing?
As the Customer Account Security Manager, you will act as the primary Security contact across customer accounts. You will work with key suppliers, the customer, and M Group's technical SMEs to deliver the following:
- Act as the main Cyber Security contact for the account, providing updates, governance reports, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Lead Cyber Security, own Security Review meetings, and act as the account security contact.
- Deliver reports on vulnerabilities, risks, and compliance ensuring vetting compliance.
- Support cyber event responses and investigate and report security breaches.
- Manage audit responses across Managed Service Teams; provide governance oversight for CAF, vulnerability management, and PUAM, defining compliance frameworks.
- Work with M Group's Information Security; and coordinate assessments, PEN testing, security reviews, zero-day responses, and monthly reporting.
What you’ll bring?
Essential: Proven cybersecurity leadership in customer-facing roles; strong knowledge of vulnerability management, PEN testing, and risk mitigation; expertise in network security, device management, and governance; familiarity with PUAM/UAM tools and practices; excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Desirable: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH; knowledge of CAF, ISO 27001, or NIST frameworks.
Soft skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making; ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams; proactive, detail-oriented approach; able to communicate complex information clearly.
