What will you be doing? As Field Manager, you will lead a team of multi-skilled Field Engineers within your region, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager. You will be responsible for safety, performance, service delivery, and operational excellence, ensuring engineering works are delivered to agreed cost, quality, and productivity standards.
Key responsibilities: Developing a high-performing, customer-focused team; driving utilisation, training, succession, and performance plans. Delivering planned and reactive works to specification. Maintaining compliance with safety, SHEQ, RAMS, audits, timesheets, and company procedures. Overseeing vehicles, tools, PPE, and assets; and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to reporting and administration. You may also assist with surveys, designs, BOMs, quotations, installations, commissioning, handovers, and participation in the on-call rota. What you'll bring?
