Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. Were problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
As our Quantity Surveyor you'll be responsible for monthly Commercial Reporting,Submission of AFP's.
You'll manage all commercial aspects of sub-contract accounts, from procurement to interim and final accounts.Cash and Cost/Value Forecasting.Supporting the project team in all commercial matters.
What youll bring
  • Do you have excellent negotiation skills?
  • Do you have knowledge, understanding and previous experience of NEC contracts?
  • An awareness of all relevant statutory, regulatory and company policies and guidelines
  • Are youable to react to constant changing workloads?
  • Knowledge of service delivery within the utilities sector is desired
  • Good organisational skills and effective communication skills
  • Do you have experience in cost role desired with knowledge of sub-contracts?
  • HNC/HND qualification
  • Minimum – 3 years experience
