Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in delivering our tech-enabled future. We provide full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators, including:
- Mobile networks: We keep the country connected through survey, design, installation, and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.
What will you be doing? You will ensure standards are met, and that information for handover packs is accurate, checked, and uploaded onto our server. Your responsibilities include technical review of sites before build, reviewing RAMS and FOPs, undertaking in-house commercial tenders to produce BOMs and labour requirements, and providing technical back-office support.

- Support for continuous improvements across the business to enhance work streams & processes.
- Successful delivery and customer acceptance of sites within the “Time, Cost, Quality” matrix.
- Ensuring standards are met and information for handover packs is accurate and uploaded.
- Strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Good commercial awareness in Telecoms.
- Working knowledge of health & safety/environmental legislation.
