Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day running of the site
- Preparing RAMS, permits and reviewing sub-contractors RAMS
- Managing project costs against tender allowance
- Raining commercial change control, where applicable with the client
- Detailed record keeping
- Project buying
- Week to week programme management
- Engineering Control
- Client interaction and local business development
