  • Supply chain and cost management: Support effective control of cost and value by validating cost data from finance systems, maintaining accurate accruals, building working relationships with supply chain partners, managing subcontract administration, and supporting cost management planning across projects.
  • Cost and financial management: Help ensure reporting is accurate and aligned by checking cost data, making sure reporting is completed to the required standard, maintaining cost management plans, and supporting risk and opportunity assessments.
  • Record keeping: Keep commercial records accurate and up to date by maintaining registers for valuations, payments, notices and correspondence, ensuring site records are complete, maintaining subcontract documentation, and keeping risk and opportunity registers updated.
  • Contract performance reporting: Support clear and reliable performance reporting by producing cashflow, WIP and cost/value forecasts, supporting pipeline and revenue forecasting, checking that reporting meets required standards, preparing and presenting weekly and monthly CVRs, and sharing insight on risks, opportunities and performance trends.
