Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.
What you’ll be doing?
You’ll be employed as a leakage field technician to support our network leakage contract field teams within south-west water. You’ll be supporting and developing new and upskilling existing field technicians and engineers within a specific area. You’ll have the required technical skills, utilising tried and tested methodologies and equipment, while keeping up to date with new innovations and technologies. You’ll be committed to engaging, motivating, coaching and mentoring field staff of various levels, skills, and experience.
What you’ll bring?
- Do you hold a valid EUSR water hygiene card?
- Do you hold a current NRSWA Unit 2?
- Do you have a proven track record in surveying the network, pinpointing, and promoting leaks?
- Are you first aid qualified?
