This role will be within our Seeka Operations Centre as an Operations Coordinator based in either our Oldham or Perth office. You'll join the leading provider of Revenue Protection services in the UK energy retail and distribution sector, providing efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.
Based in one of our teams in either Oldham or Perth, the Seeka Operations Centre Operations Coordinator will be supporting all aspects of our Energy Theft Investigation service & Utility Debt Support work streams, providing essential support that includes:
- Booking and planning of appointments
- Scheduling work to our field-based staff
- Completing system updates to reflect the actions taken on our field-based activities
Your day-to-day role will be varied and will include liaising with field engineers, managers, clients and customers to ensure all elements of the services provided by Seeka are done so to the highest of standards, with all required updates following our field activities provided back to our clients in the most timely manner possible.
