Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead a team of technical engineers in a 24x7x365 technical network and compute environment providing supervision and management.
  • Manage fault ticket administration and jeopardy management to maintain SLAs.
  • Produce and analyse fault ticket performance reports to drive improvements.
  • Host, lead, and oversee technical bridges with customers to resolve faults, including out-of-hours support.
  • Facilitate cross-team liaison, acting as primary point of contact.
  • Oversee engineer bookings, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Supervise email inbox management, ensuring efficient and professional responses.
  • Direct creation and deployment of Microsoft Forms for operational workflows.
  • Conduct and lead business continuity reviews and tests for operational resilience.
  • Oversee and support the AILS (Acceptance Into Live Service) process.

What you’ll bring?

  • Proven engineering or operational team leadership experience preferably in an IT Operations environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Understanding of fault ticketing systems and service operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, especially Outlook and Forms.
  • Excellent communicator confident with cross-team and customer collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with performance reporting experience.
  • Experience in business continuity/disaster recovery management (desirable).
  • Calm under pressure; adept at leading incident resolution in customer settings.
  • ITIL or service management framework experience (advantageous).
