You’ll lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from tender through to completion, guiding teams with clarity and confidence.

As the main commercial and contractual point of contact, you’ll build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues, keeping communication open and constructive.

You’ll prepare and review tenders, ensuring submissions are competitive, accurate, and aligned with project needs.

Your estimating work for MEICA projects will support cost planning, risk analysis, and successful bid strategies.

You’ll take ownership of project finances, overseeing cost control, forecasting, reporting, and the timely agreement of variations and change orders.

You’ll support subcontract procurement and negotiation, and guide project teams to deliver safe, high-quality engineering outcomes.

You’ll monitor programme performance, manage risks and opportunities, and champion continuous improvement across delivery.

Collaboration will be central to your role, working closely with engineering, commercial, and operational teams to achieve shared goals.

You’ll lead project meetings, provide clear commercial guidance, and maintain accurate, auditable documentation.

Above all, you’ll help create a positive, professional environment where strong relationships and great project results can thrive.

  • Able to balance multiple projects and priorities.
  • Must be eligible to obtain SC (Security Clearance) or already hold valid SC clearance.
