At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

As a Graduate Site Manager, you'll have the opportunity to: Support stakeholders with planning, delivery and supervision of civil engineering works on water and wastewater infrastructure projectsAssist in site inspections, surveys and setting out activitiesGain hands-on experience with earthworks, concrete structures, pipelines and temporary worksWork closely with site teams, subcontractors and project managers to ensure safe and efficient deliveryMonitor progress, quality and compliance with design specifications and health & safety standardsSupport and contribute to project documentation, reporting and stakeholder communicationsEnsure all work aligns with company health, safety, environmental and quality policiesSupport senior staff with daily operationsWe'd love to hear from you if you have: A degree Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesA proactive attitude and willingness to learnAn UK/EU Driving LicenseM Group's Graduate ProgrammeOur 2 year structured graduate programme is all about helping you grow into one of our future leaders.
