Where you’ll be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What you’ll be doing?

  • You’ll be carrying out White Top Reinstatements of all types to HAUC specification, including flagging, block paving, concreting (with drilling and dowelling), kerb replacements, and duct and drain repairs.
  • You’ll be working as part of a two-man team covering the Yorkshire area.
  • You’ll be operating safely at all times in line with MGROUP policies and procedures.
  • You’ll be completing all required documentation, from vehicle checks to risk assessments and client evidence.
  • You’ll be expected to work early or late shifts when needed, and you’ll be flexible with occasional weekend overtime.

What you’ll bring?

  • Do you have a full clean driving licence?
  • Do you have an NRSWA qualification?
  • Do you have experience using a petrol cut-off saw, manual handling skills, or Emergency First Aid at Work training? (not essential as training is provided).
  • Do you have strong health and safety awareness and the ability to follow MGROUP policies and procedures?
  • Do you have the problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude needed to get jobs done?
  • Do you have basic IT skills?
