Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

You’ll handle installation, commissioning, first-line reactive maintenance and work at heights to support contracts. Responsibilities include preparing and terminating RF feeders, DC power, fibre and copper cables, along with performing industry-standard testing on telecoms and antenna systems, such as RF sweeps and network/ethernet checks. You’ll install and commission equipment across multiple technologies, wire and connect DC power to required standards, and provide first-line support for mobile network, data-comms, switching and VOIP systems. Duties also include planned preventative maintenance, creating RAMS, managing work areas or vehicles, completing site surveys for installations, and participating in an on-call rota.

You’ll need a full UK driving licence and prior experience as a Telecoms Field Engineer, including use of RF and microwave equipment and working at heights up to 100 metres. You’ll bring strong analytical skills and logical thinking to support fault diagnosis and resolution.
