We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
As our Financial Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of our finance function, delivering high-quality financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll manage the balance sheet and monthly reconciliations, and lead a small team covering management accounts, credit control, and customer invoicing. You’ll take ownership of statutory reporting in line with UK GAAP/IFRS, oversee month-end close processes, and support budgeting, reforecasting, and system enhancements to drive organisational growth. Working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders across the Telecom Division and M Group, you’ll provide insightful financial analysis, maintain robust internal controls, and encourage process improvements. Your collaborative approach will help maintain smooth operations while supporting and developing your team, with regular 1-2-1 meetings ensuring objectives and growth are always prioritised.
What you’ll bring?
- Qualified accountant status, with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Ambition to contribute to the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial reporting.
- Confidence in managing a small team and fostering development through open dialogue and regular feedback.
- Strong technical expertise in statutory reporting, UK GAAP/IFRS, audit processes, and internal controls.
- A keen eye for detail when preparing financial statements, conducting reconciliations, and analysing financial performance.
- Proactive, solutions-driven approach to budgeting, forecasting, and system improvement.
- Collaborative strength - you’ll enjoy working closely with both finance and non-finance colleagues, explaining complex data and driving process enhancements.
- Excellent organisational skills, ensuring that documentation, guidance, and stakeholder interactions are handled effectively and positively.
