In this role, youll play a key part in shaping a positive safety culture, driving best practice, and supporting operational teams in a fast-paced environment. Youll use your specialist knowledge in mobile tower installation to ensure standards are consistently high and projects run safely and efficiently. Day to day, youll be: Working hands-on with project teams to embed health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all activitiesincluding complex mobile tower installations. Supporting the implementation of SHEQ policies and procedures. Carrying out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, identifying opportunities for continual improvement. Promoting a positive safety culture specifically across telecoms and mobile tower projects. Providing expert SHEQ advice to operational teams and stakeholders on both standard and specialist installations. Ensuring compliance with latest regulatory and industry standards.
