Where will you be working? At M Group Energy, we're enabling the energy essential to support our lives. This role will be within our Transmission and Renewables team across Wales and South West England. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV infrastructure, metering, and home decarbonisation. We design, build, and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, helping to ensure the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity that powers homes, businesses, and communities. What you'll be doing; As a Graduate Project Manager , you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced project and construction teams, supporting the successful delivery of major electrical transmission and renewable energy projects. You'll be involved in: Work alongside experienced project managers to plan, organise, and deliver projects from start to finish. Help prepare project schedules, track key milestones, and ensure deadlines are met. Support in managing budgets, resources, and risks. Take part in meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers, helping to keep everyone informed and aligned. Use project management tools and software to keep records up to date. Spot potential problems early and help find practical solutions. Make sure that health, safety, and environmental standards are always followed on site and in the office. Learn how to balance quality, cost, and time to deliver the best outcomes Learning how to manage infrastructure projects from concept to completion Developing skills in commercial management, stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation Building confidence in using project management tools and techniques Supported by experienced project managers and mentors to help you grow into a future leader We'd love to hear from you if you have: A degree (or expected degree) in Project Management or Construction Management. A passion for infrastructure, energy, and renewable projects. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach and willingness to learn. The ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. A full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one by September 2027) is essential due to the site-based nature of the role. You will be covering projects across Wales and the South West of England.
