  • You'll work closely with project teams, field engineers and third-party partners on upgrades, refreshes and technical remediation, while also supporting and mentoring first- and second-line NOC engineers to raise overall capability across the business.
  • We'll count on you to develop and optimise monitoring through PMS, EMS and BMS platforms, contribute to technical standards and documentation, and proactively identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement across the estate.

  • You'll combine strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with solid project management skills, allowing us to plan, deliver and resolve complex technical challenges effectively.
  • You'll be comfortable working with PMS, EMS and BMS platforms, helping us proactively monitor, control and optimise our estate.
  • You'll have proven UPS experience, supporting continuity of service across critical network and data environments.
