Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing? An opportunity is available for an experienced MDU Build Supervisor to support the delivery of fibre network projects across multiple sites. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to lead teams in a fast-moving environment. You will take ownership of site activity, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and team performance. Work will involve regular travel between locations and close interaction with teams on the ground.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of health and safety across all sites
  • Delivery of quality standards through auditing and inspections
  • Carrying out toolbox talks and on-site safety checks
  • Supporting and guiding teams to meet project requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with fibre network build standards

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience on Openreach fibre networks.
  • A background in copper install and repair would be ideal.
  • Knowledge of MDU build and correct firestopping practices is expected.
  • Relevant Smart Awards accreditations are required, along with flexibility to travel across multiple sites.
