Where will you be working?
Aviation - Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.
What will you be doing?
- Providing administrative and coordination support across aviation projects
- Managing project documentation, including compiling and maintaining records in accordance with M Group procedures
- Supporting the organisation of method statements, risk assessments and project-related reports
- Assisting with project programming, planning tasks and workflow tracking
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing actions
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to support smooth project delivery
- Supporting commercial activities, including collating data for cost/value tracking and reporting
- Organising project logistics such as plant, materials, permits and access arrangements
- Ensuring safety, quality and environmental documentation is up to date and compliant
- Monitoring and updating project systems, trackers and databases
- Assisting with site-based administrative tasks, including document control
- Handling correspondence professionally and maintaining clear audit trails
What you’ll bring
- Experience working in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar support role within construction, engineering, aviation, infrastructure or a related environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
- Knowledge of construction or engineering project processes (desirable)
- Understanding of safety-critical environments and awareness of CDM regulations (advantageous)
- Experience supporting commercial or contractual processes (advantageous)
- Full clean driving licence (preferred)
