Where will you be working?

At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What you’ll be doing

  • To be responsible for the delivery of a range of highway related specialist treatment and cyclic activities, mainly Signs and Lines.
  • To ensure client expectations of individual works are achieved.
  • Able to efficiently and effectively manage the supply chain in line with the M Group Minimum standards and HS&E policies.
  • To work with the Scheduler to plan and permit upcoming works and to ensure timely closing of orders.
  • To ensure all tasks are carried out in line with the programme, resources and that they are executed in accordance with specifications, drawings, dimensions and within agreed commercial limits.
  • To supervise both self-delivery and supply chain delivered works.
  • To ensure individual works are administered in accordance with NEC Contract.

What you’ll bring

  • Able to work to construction programmes.
  • Able to demonstrate how Highway works are delivered whilst meeting health & safety, quality and environmental standards.
  • Basic competence in use of MS tools.
  • Driving Licence.
  • SSSTS, CSCS.
