Where will you be working? At M Group, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. This role will be within our Metering team, you’ll join the leading provider of metering services and data collection in the UK energy retail sector, providing efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters. Our meter engineers install, maintain and manage meters to ensure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored. We leverage our industry expertise and data insight capabilities to create solutions that fit the needs of our customers.
What will you be doing? As a Field Manager, you’ll lead a team of Data Collectors within a defined geographical area. Your role is all about people, performance and progress—driving operational delivery, safety and engagement while fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and motivated. This role is remote with regular travel across the South West London area, giving you flexibility while staying connected to the field.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching your team to achieve productivity, quality and customer performance targets
- Driving safety compliance and conducting audits
- Managing engagement through regular check-ins, team briefs and development sessions
- Addressing underperformance and ensuring adherence to processes and standards
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align operational delivery with business strategy
