Repair and Maintenance
team, reporting to the project manager. Our teams deliver small to large repairs on the Yorkshire Water network aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. Want to be a part of it?
What will you be doing? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee operational teams supporting Yorkshire Water's infrastructure across the region. You'll lead multiple two-person teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. You'll ensure teams are fully trained and compliant, monitor operational output, manage absence, oversee NRSWA site setups, and maintain rigorous standards through regular inspections and audits. This hands-on role is key to achieving contract KPIs while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence throughout our delivery teams.
What you'll bring
Do you have knowledge and experience of the water industry? Are you a qualified Supervisor in NRSWA and do you hold Water SHEA or EUSR certification? Do you hold a current driving licence?
